Maximum access to main and lateral bores
  • Large internal diameter maximizes reservoir performance
  • Main bore remains accessible for further drilling and completions operations
Full circumferential anchoring improves lateral position integrity
  • Lateral bore anchors with full radial contact
  • Maximizes completions options for hanging and torque capacity
System Components Lateral Bore Tubular
  • Deflected tubular locates window and enters upper leg
  • Provides maximum ID for liner hangers or packers in the lateral bore
  • Allows maximum ID access for main bore
Locator Insert & Setting Tool
  • Hydraulic-set anchor provides 4.890” through bore in 7” casing
  • Anchor load distributed along full circumference of supporting casing
  • Hanging capacity is 150,000 lbs. and torque capacity is 12,000 ft.-lbs.
Hydraulic Running Tool
  • Conveys liner system into lateral bore
  • Transfers weight and torque to facilitate system setting
  • Hydraulic primary release, mechanical secondary release
Swivel & Lock-up Sub
  • When locked allows running liner and LBT as a single unit
  • When unlocked allows orientation and location of lateral bore tubular without rotating the liner
  • Hydraulic primary release, mechanical secondary release
Window Finder
  • Allows optimum placement of the lateral tubular
  • Hydraulically actuated arm seeks bottom of window
  • Fail-safe arm closure design ensures retrievability
Spline Sub
  • Allows orientation of window finder and lateral liner hydraulic running tool
Expandable Casing Packer (Optional)
  • Permits selective isolation of lateral open hole
  • Hydraulic setting sequence operates independent of Radialok 3 setting and releasing sequence
