| Copperhead Drillable Bridge Plug The Copperhead Drillable Bridge Plug/Frac Plug is a well plugging device used to isolate zones during selective stimulation. The Copperhead Bridge Plug has a solid core which allows it to hold pressure from both directions. The Copperhead Frac Plug has a one-way check valve in the ID which allows free flow of fluids or gases from below the plug after stimulating above. The Copperhead Drillable Bridge Plug and Frac Plugs are designed to withstand temperatures up to 350°F and pressures of up to 10,000 psi.Hardened cast iron wicker slips provide secure plug placement in high-yield casing, preventing the plug from moving up or down the wellbore from pressure. A seal backup device provides complete extrusion gap blockage in all weight ranges to ensure a high-quality pack off seal. The lower slips keep the plug in place during most of the drill-up process. A muleshoe profile on the bottom of the plug engages with the top of the next Copperhead Bridge Plug to hold the stub in place for the remainder of the drill-up process. The Copperhead Drillable Bridge Plug/Frac Plug components are designed to mill up quickly into small, consistently sized cuttings that can be circulated out of the well. The Copperhead can be set using wireline or can be set hydraulically on coiled or threaded tubing. Mill out can be performed with a standard five blade mill using a motor or conventional rotary.
