Medical and dental coverage (including prescriptions
and vision) is available to regular full-time
employees and their families at attractive rates.
Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) and

available in various locations.
The Company provides
basic life and accidental death and dismemberment
insurance as well as disability coverage. Employees
may also purchase additional term life insurance

VACATION
Regular full-time employees
earn vacation based on length of service.
PERSONAL TIME OFF
Regular full-time non-exempt
employees and hourly employees receive 40 hours
per year.
HOLIDAYS
The Company provides
11 paid holidays per year. The number of scheduled
and floating holidays may vary based on office location.
