Lie Eng Seng, "Stephen" to English-speaking friends, is a native Indonesian who joined the Smith family four years ago in an acquisition. Twenty years in the industry make him proficient in every aspect of product specification and logistics. Dedicated to satisfying customers' needs, in critical situations he carries tools to the rig site. Married and the father of two, he is an avid bowler who also appreciates the joys of cable TV in Singapore.
